Resolved
This incident has been resolved. Our authentication servers were made temporarily unreachable due to an ongoing migration to a managed AWS CloudFront option to automatically serve security-related HTTP response headers along with traffic.
Completing the setup took longer than expected, causing unexpected downtime period.

We have replicated the issue and provided a patch for our CDN configuration to provide a first viable workaround

API integrations and Link Redirection and Tracking is not affected.
